The next installment in the BioShock franchise is in trouble again. Layoffs have been confirmed in the development team at Cloud Chamber just as leadership goes through a shakeup.

The long-awaited new installment of the BioShock franchise seems to be having major development troubles, as 2K has stepped in to replace the leadership at the developer.
2K today confirmed that the BioShock series is returning under a new studio. The game is being developed by Cloud Chamber, a newly set up studio with teams in San Francisco and Montreal.
