Samsung says its 5G smartphone shipments in 2019 exceeded 6.7 million. The company also accounted for 53.9% of the 5G smartphone market worldwide as of November 2019, says Counterpoint Research.

O2 has begun selling the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G ready for its 5G rollout which is set to start in October. The phone may not be for everyone though due to the limited areas 5G will be available in.

With Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T having announced that it will carry the Galaxy S10 5G, T-Mobile has now revealed that it too will offer the device, blaming the delay on its own "additional testing".

A couple of days after AT&T started selling the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G to developers and businesses, Sprint is now putting it up for pre-order, and it's actually available to consumers.

AT&T announced today that the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is now available for its network; however, only businesses and developers can buy the 5G handset, so consumers are left out in the cold.

EE has launched three new 5G devices on its network today from manufacturers including Samsung, OPPO, and LG. This bring the total number of 5G phones available on its network to four.

Samsung and gaming company Hatch, have partnered in the United States to deliver Hatch for Samsung. Those that buy the Galaxy S10 5G will also be treated to a free month of Hatch Premium.

After a few weeks of pre-orders, Samsung's Galaxy S10 5G is now available from Verizon. Along with speedy 5G data, the handset offers a time-of-flight sensor, a larger battery, and more.

Samsung has confirmed that its Galaxy S10 5G smartphone will be available across the UK from June 7 on both the Vodafone and EE networks at the outset. Pre-orders will kick off on May 22.

Today, Verizon announced pre-orders for the Galaxy S10 5G, and it's going to begin shipping on May 16 for $1,299.99. The carrier also announced 20 new cities that are getting 5G thhis year.
