Two years after Lohan sued Rockstar and its parent company, claiming that a character in GTA V was directly based upon her likeness and events in her life, the case has now been thrown out of court.
After Lindsay Lohan took legal action against Rockstar Games, claiming the GTA V character Lacey Jonas is based on her, the company has hit back, saying her lawsuit is purely for "publicity purposes".
Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of Grand Theft Auto V, alleging that they created a character in the game with an "unequivocal" similarity to the 'Mean Girls' actress, without her permission.
