Microsoft has finally fixed a two-month-old issue that broke some remote desktop services on Windows 11 version 22H2. The bug was affecting the Microsoft Terminal Services Client or MSTSC file.
Microsoft has confirmed that there are remote connection issues on Windows 11 22H2 due to the Windows Remote Desktop app being broken. However, the good news is that there is a workaround.
