VU Games starts accepting applications for its PC shooter's closed beta, which kicks off June 14.
VU Games announced today it has begun taking applications for all phases of the Tribes: Vengeance closed beta testing. The beta will start off with a "with a very limited group" of gamers when it begins June 14, but the numbers of testers will expand each week, according to VU Games.
Those interested in becoming beta-testers can sign up at the official Tribes: Vengeance Web site, www.tribesvengeance.com/. Beta testers will be selected based on their PC systems and prior testing experience. Attendees of Tribal Wars 2004, the first annual bi-coastal Tribes LAN tournament, will get an additional, exclusive chance to sign up for the beta. Those who come to the July 22 to 25 event with a pre-order receipt for Tribes: Vengeance will be automatically admitted to the beta.
