Vivo has announced the launch of two new smartphones in India, the vivo X50 and the vivo x50 Pro.
Focused on pro photography, both phones sport a quad-camera setup. The highlight of the vivo X50 Pro though is its Gimbal Camera System that uses a double ball suspension mount structure to stabilize shaking frames. vivo claims to pack in superior astrophotography, night photography, and motion photography capabilities. There’s also a Photo Restoration feature to scan and restore old film photos.
The vivo X50 Series smartphones sport sleek glass and metal design and an AMOLED display with 90HZ refresh rate and 180Hz response rate.

The vivo X50 comes in two color variants – Frost Blue and Glaze Black – while the X50 Pro comes in only one color variant - Alpha Grey.
The 128GB variant of the vivo X50 is priced at ₹34,990 ($465) while the 256GB variant will set you back by ₹37,990 ($505). The vivo X50 Pro on the other hand is priced at ₹49,999 ($665). While the pre-booking starts today, the first sale kicks off on July 24.
