Weekend downloadable PC games sales for Jan. 11-13

Welcome back ..and welcome to 2013. We know; we haven't done one of these posts in a while but with the big holiday sales events on Steam, GoG.com and more PC game download sites going on, it was pretty easy to find cheap PC games for the past few weeks. Now that all of that is over with, we can go back and find some PC game deals that you may have missed this weekend.

Over at EA's Origin, you can get either Crysis or Crysis 2: Maximum Edition for just $5 each from now until January 15th. If you haven't played Crytek's hit sci-fi series, this is the perfect way to catch up before Crysis 3 is released in mid-February.

Steam has yet another game you can download and play for free this weekend; it's Ravaged, the recent indie shooter from developer 2 Dawn Studios. You can play the game for free from now until 4 pm Eastern Time on Sunday or you can buy the game now for 66 percent off its normal price. You can also get the great space-based game FTL this weekend on Steam for 50 percent off its normal price.

GoG.com has a number of strategy games on sale, including some in the classic Commandos series, for 60 percent off this weekend. GameStop also has some games for sale this weekend, including Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection, with all of the games in the series, on sale for just $16.99.
