WindowBlinds 3.0 Release Candidate 2

Yeah, we know this is a bit late coming ok? better late than never tho :D

WindowBlinds is a program that allows you to completely change the look and feel of Windows to however you want it to look like. It allows you to completely customize your desktop by changing the style of title bars, buttons, and toolbars. You can change the look of buttons and check boxes by assigning them skins, or personalities, and you can assign buttons that will launch programs to toolbars.

Changes in Current Version:
• Complete rewrite designed to be smaller, faster, and use far far fewer resources than previous versions.

• Optimized for Windows XP using its theming engine for much of the work while providing performance and feature enhancements to accelerate and extend what can be done.

• Version 3 was announced at Microsoft and carries the Designed for Windows XP logo.
• Stardock also brought the new features to Windows 98/ME/2000 users who will find it to be a much faster and slimmer GUI program

• Now uses less memory than a typical Notepad process (and uses less memory than Luna on XP)
