WinRAR 3.40 Beta 2

WinRAR is a powerful archive manager. It can backup your data and reduce size of email attachments, decompress RAR, ZIP and other files downloaded from Internet and create new archives in RAR and ZIP file format.

What's New:

• RAR and WinRAR display the operation progress while repairing an archive containing the recovery record.

• Previous beta could create volumes by 2 bytes larger than specified.

• "Select all" button in "Settings/Integration" dialog did not select Z archive format.

• WinRAR shell extension did not display "Archive" property sheet in properties of 7z archives.

• "Convert" command ignored archives with uppercase characters in the file name extension.
