Xbox has announced its return to the Tokyo Game Show 2025 with a broadcast and physical presence. The event will showcase titles from Xbox creative teams and updates from partners in Japan and across Asia. The broadcast is scheduled for September 25, 2025, at 7 PM JST. Microsoft said that the show will be available in multiple languages and will have accessibility features like sign language and audio descriptions.
On-site attendees will be able to play Ninja Gaiden 4 at the Koei Tecmo booth; it's the first time the game will be playable to the public in Asia. Meanwhile, ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X gaming handhelds will be available for hands-on demos at the Republic of Gamers booth. Bethesda will also partner with Infolens Geek Shop to host a merchandise booth with products for gamers like Fallout and Starfield, including rare items not yet released in Japan.
Japan is pretty far from the US, so obviously, lots of people couldnβt attend even if they wanted to. If youβre in that boat, you can also catch a broadcast of the event on various official Xbox and Tokyo Game Show channels. Xbox has provided links to specific YouTube and Twitch channels for different regions, including Asia/Pacific, Americas, and Europe/Middle East. Here are the global feeds:
The full show recap and standalone articles for select games will be published on Xbox Wire immediately after the broadcast. Co-streamers and content creators are appreciated, but are advised to be cautious of potential glitches or disruptions from automated software. Itβs also recommended that co-streamers avoid using copyrighted music in their VODs to prevent automated bot actions. If anything notable comes out of the event, be sure to check Neowin for coverage too.
