are you people reading the posts or just posting away?

i'll explain it again, the normal text on the shutdown button on windows xp is TURN OFF COMPUTER, if yours says anything different is because you have edited your explorer.exe to change the text, and if you did then chances are it will get cut off.

Erm, actually on my system it becomes "Shutdown" if you turn off fast user switching.

I was playing around with StyleBuilder and Reshacker and found out a way that i could included a

Non Compact

support for 32pix

support for 48pix

all that for everycolor without changing the file size which is why i didn't include a non-compact and 48 and 32 last time cuz i figured 3 substyles for every color would become one big huge .msstyle file, but with this little trick i figured out last night it doesn't change the file size at all :D so in total it will be 4 colors each with 3 substyles for a total of 12 substyles

so expect that on the next update ;)

Ok i just updated the theme, the green color is added, but i held back the red because i couldn't deside on a variation

this version has 32 icon size support as well as 48 and a Non Compact, to switch between them just pick where you normaly would pick the Font Size, enjoy and tell me what you think of the site :D

Great visual style, but I have a small bug. In the start menu, if you have a capital letter in your username that extends to the blue section, it overlaps by like one pixel. Can you maybe lower the text a pixel or two? Thanks tiger2k! :)

I'll work on that thanks

also the Shellstyles are now uploaded

Awesome style! I experienced the same problem! I tried a few times to load this visual style into Style XP using the zip, then just added the components to my theme file. Style XP hung each and everytime I tried to select your style. A fix would be much appreciated, so I can admire your skills! :D

I'm simply in love with this theme! I've been using Kol's themes for some time, but they have a glitch (with the button text) that has been making it hard to build/test some of the things I'm working on. Yours luckily doesn't have that bug, so I can work on my program without having to disable themes! :D

Here is the problem with stylebuilder crashing, i actually knew about this, i just forgot to tell you guys :( the problem is that stylexp is very outdated, yes is true, and they better hurry up and release the update.

if you noticed i changed the Large fonts, extra large fonts text and changed the INI's files for them using reshacker, unfortanaly stylexp doesn't like that and it crys everytime you try to load the theme, but you should be able to apply the theme using the display property dialog and not stylexp sorry guys but there is no otherway.

I would email stylexp and tell them that their program has this problem but everytime i emailed them for anything else they completely ignore me. :(

    • The current Statcoungter desktop numbers has Google Chrome increasing it's market share this past year and currently commanding 75% share. Everybody else is just making up the numbers with even MS Edge losing 3% this past year and has dipped just below 10% share which is staggering considering it's default on every Windows deviced purchased. If these numbers are correct that terrible Edge number is both devastating and embarrassing for MS especially when you add in the terribly low Bing market share. This leads me to ask a couple of questions as the default browser holding just less than 10% market share seems really weird. It used to be that all Chromium browsers were being counted as Google Chrome in some cases.  Is this still happening? Do these high Google Chrome numbers contains some Edge user numbers?
    • Yeah, all web browsers seem to have some junk in them these days. The regular Brave browser has a lot of unnecessary stuff in it, similar to Microsoft Edge, so I don't see any benefits of using Brave over Microsoft Edge if you already have Microsoft Edge fully set up with ad blockers and that. The cleanest or best free browser outside of 'Microsoft Edge' I’ve tried so far is 'Samsung Browser'. It has very little bloat and is a nice-looking web browser with an inbuilt 'Ad blocker'. I also really like the web browser called 'Floorp' that is based on Firefox. This browser can also install Chrome extensions. I have a system wide Ad blocking program for Windows 11 that doesn't just blocks ads in the web browser, but over the whole system. I don't really need a web browser with an inbuilt ad blocker because of that.
