Hope it's coming soon. I haven't patched my system yet because I just want to wait for Autopatcher so I can do it all at once.

It's comin' along nicely... should be fully compiled and ready for testing sometime this weekend. Unfortunately I have some things to do today (drive to a client site and fix a couple things), so I hope to finish it up tonight. Another brightside, it'll include that new WMP patch that's on the front page. (Y)

so much for microsofts "all the patches in one day each month tactic", i mean we all know about the problem with the ie patch, and its understandable they don't want to wait for "patch dump day" next month being so high profile.

but why has this media player patch shown up late? we almost could have had an old jan update for autopatcher

Quick update! I'm still workin' on finishin' up the Jan release, but I *did* finish the Change Log... so here you go:

Hey FlishFun when do you think your gonna be releasing the update?

Within the next couple days... I've had almost no time on the computer, so I have been limited in my time to finish. Don't worry, it won't be much longer. :D

@Gergith & LiLViEtDuDe917 - Yes, the Full version contains everything the previous version have. The Updates contain just the changes between the newest update and the previous one. :)

EDIT - I have update the links again. Enjoy. (Y)

Don't worry... it'll be out shortly, as I said, I've been quite limited on my PC time, unfortunately. If it's not finished today, I'll be sure and work on it at the office tomorrow. (Y)

i dont know if youll want to add it cause its still in beta, but i just saw on mess.be that there is a beta chatlog reader for msg plus, worth a look i think..

Nah, MSN Plus is already included, also, I don't like Beta software in there if I can help it. :)

I have built the cd several times and am having the same problem each time, when the install finishes and the batch file (cust_instl.cmd) goes to install autopatcher, it comes up with an error saying ?windows cannot find ?\autopatch\autopatcher.exe?, make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again? I have played around with the cust_instl.cmd file and tried changing the path to the exe but it keeps re-occurring whatever path I put in. I have also taken all the files from the autopatcher XP folder and copied them in to the autopatch folder in the $oem$\$1 directory and changed the ext to go to the exe file. Have I an old version that has been updated already or Is anyone else having this prob??

Thanks

Ps: great program

    • LOL. Can't even quote and edit a comment correctly. Figures you're a Linux user.
    • I have disabled it, but the app is still taking space. I have a Mac and it is only possible to disable Ai on that, but I think that bit does get rid of the AI components after a while. What we are told is that we agree to all this when we use the devices as it is in the end user agreements, their software, they can do what they like. I doubt that any bill will happen in the U.S, the government there are in league with big tech firms. The E.U maybe, they seem to have some guts when it comes to tech companies. The U.K is not in the E.U, but some things still affect us. Our government is as gutless when it comes to tech companies as the U.s government.
