They may not be able to keep temp's low for much longer...may have to scrub or launch with no recovery....

It's probably this one that was heading to Jacksonville  - http://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:455232/mmsi:368769000/imo:8314158/vessel:GIANELLA

Route takes them right through the danger zone... like a highway almost :o

So..let's say it is this ship. Can they be fined if SpaceX has to scrub?

Looks like the count is set for 00:21 UTC, and monitoring......they are pushing the temp loss....count running...but, may not launch still.

note/   that's a 30 min sit for temp increases

I'd say there's a civil case as a launch day costs about $500k minimum. As to what the USCG does, dunno. I imagine he could be cited.

Count resumed, pending the idiot clearing the zone.

Notice to Airmen and Mariners are issued by respective offices, it is up to those in the operations of their vessels and aircraft to be aware. This is serious and fines should also be imposed, as well as a situation review with offenders.

Some one is going to have a bad day.

Deluge water was turned on, ignition started and a small sputter then auto shutdown. We still have tomorrow. I will look up some "gremlin" removal chant's.
