[Suggestion] Filter Preferences

Would it be possible to tie filters like the Mini Spy & NSFW filters to the user account instead of being cookie based? I ask this because a lot of people browse Neowin on multiple devices. I've also seen it mentioned quite a lot the past few days.

This is something that I would like to see.

Technically there's no reason why not. If we did it, I think it would have to be opt-in though. For example, at work I filter out the off-topic forums from minispy, at home I filter out a subset of them on my laptop, but all of them are visible on my desktop so I can spot spammers posting there from across the room

I'd definitely prefer it to be opt-in. I don't want the NSFW stuff in the Spy at work, but I want to be able to see it there at home.
