MAn, when I click the installer exe, Pest Patrol chimes in telling me that "BTV Dialer" has been found in memory. This only happens when trying to install Neoshooter. What gives?

Update: Tried the non-installer package and its fine. Definitely something fishy about the setupexe, though. :shifty:

Suggestion: I would add a quality setting slider for the pic output.

:| Does it do that with Winamp or any other app that uses NSIS? I assure you there is no intentional malware in there!

Quality slider sounds like a good idea (Y)

um it wud be kool if we could say maybe disable the balloons they kinda buggin me hmm.gif it shows 1 sec to shot... in pics it takes confused.gif

thnx and gd job so far

Good idea, but what other kind of notification would you like? A messagebox?

um...is it possible to make it so it can take screenshots of videos and games?

also, can i disable that bubble from appearing whenever i take a screenshot? thanks!

You should be able to do games just fine, it appears to here. To grab videos you will need to disable hardware acceleration in your driver :(

You cannot disable the bubble at the moment, but I will add that feature - how about changing the colour of the tray icon for a couple of seconds instead?

Hey guys, been playing around with the tabs idea, it kind of works but I prefer to do it this way with the 'normal' stuff on one page and the 'extras' on another.

This is just to let you know I have found the time to actually do some more work on this, so expect a new release soon(ish) :D

man this program is great stuff, but still uses lots of ram.. 9 MB isn't that much for such an app? also there is a typo "Incude Start Menu" other than that, great work

EDIT: typo seems to be corrected in new design

I've been using your wonderful app. Very handy. :D (Y)

One feature I'd like to see in future release is: The ability to use Windows XP's environment settings like uses of %homepath%, %SYSTEMDRIVE%, etc so that when there is multiple users on a computer, there wouldn't be everyone's Screenshots in one folder. I tried using %HOMEPATH%\My Pictures\Screenshots\ but it wouldn't work.

Seems it saves the config file to the place of the exe... and if deleted your config goes back to default.. Rather annoying.

That's so it can be run off of removable media (floppy/flash drive etc) without worrying about reconfiguring each time (Y)

See Neoshooter 4.0 in action.

:D

    • You are clueless. The updates are done in the background so the next time you open Edge the updates are applied automatically. There is no need to close all your tabs. Just keep browsing like you normally do. Clearly you don't use Edge and are just one of those haters that complain for the sake of complaining.
    • I don't get this David. Can you explain it please.
    • Microsoft is busy. Lots of changes to be released imminently for Windows server or soon. Also, lots happening for next version as well. Third party virus scanning software is being moved out of Kernel mode to avoid repeat of Crowdstrike incident. Windows Protected Mode and Windows Ready Print no longer require third party print drivers to be installed. New storage stack being developed. New NVME drivers now available for Windows Server 2025 to improve local NVME drive performance by 60+ percent. NVME-Of of fabric being worked on for next release to improve network access to NVME drives. ReFs (next file system) now has ability to boot and will become default file system in next release of Windows Server. ReFs improves on NTFS in several areas including resiliency and reliability and scalability. New update stack is being worked on to unify Windows updates, and updates for drivers and first party/3rd party application software. A stricter and more robust third-party driver certification program (ODI) is being worked on to improve performance, thermals, battery life, and reliability on modern Windows hardware by tightening how OEMs and IHVs (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, etc.) build and ship drivers. There is a tone more but too numerous to mention.
    • Now disable that stupid OneDrive backup request when Windows starts please. So unbelievably frustrating to only have “remind me later” instead of “no and never ask me again”
