Running Mac OS X on x86 PC!

I just tryed to boot a Mac OS 8.0 CD (tryed to boot an .iso, (and yes i know i can install 8.0->8.1 in basilisk))

It didnt work;

I tryed 4 fun, maby it just dont have support for the old 68k - i just thought that PPC did support 68k

Due to the nature of emulation, PearPC is quite slow (the client will run about 500 times slower than the host)

Considering many Mac users themselves find OS X (Aqua) slow... I've only found OS X to seem rather snappy on my current computer... Emulating what is touted 'the most advanced OS on the market', seems a little pointless, in light of the system overheads it *really* carries.
