What does the CIA care? Tenet, the CIA head, was appointed by Clinton not bush. To drum up support on the war on terror in other countries? A 'terrorist' strike within the US would be far more effective. I'm not arguing that the Bush administration benefits from the video. I'm arguing that its a far leap to go from that to the CIA fabricating it. The CIA does not benefit from Bush's reelection in any manner.
