sim1
Ive always been a PC gamer. I dont really know why except that my parents wouldnt buy me consoles because they think I would play too much  LOL the pc is worst I can play whenever I want (laptop  ) I'm a pc gamer because, even if I'd have a console, I would have a pc also... FiB3R
The only time a console is better than A pc is for mutliplayer games for people sitting next to each other. I don't really understand why no-one has made a PC with multiple controller ports. 2432892[/snapback] ??? USB bruv, how many controlers do you need? which reminds me, I must try and get hold of a decent version of bomber man.
Andy07
PC still dominating, but with these new consoles coming out the power of 2 or 3 pc's i'm not sure how long.

DigitalN.
I am definatly more of a console guy, because I don't like having to upgrade like 3 parts just to play one game, where a console you just need to have a one time cost and then buy the game.... (or rent it, but that is another story)
Sammywise
Thats a fair point... But if you have a sexy graphics card like a ATI 9000 series or a lovely Nvidia FX series.. then the graphics are super smooth. However saying that, you do need a hell of a lot of DDR RAM to play some games. I cranked up Doom3 to Ultra Quality and it was eating 500 Megs of RAM :D
Steffan
I'm a pc gamer converted to a console gamer. I got tried of having to upgrade my computer just to play some games. I have a gc, ps2, and gba. Gfunk4life
GET PS2, if you can't get a PS2 get A PC. All other consoles suck like mad! the PS2 sucks bad controller, slow, looks ugly, easy to break, bad graphics.

Syanide
PC. I used to be a dedicated gamer, but to tell you the truth, I played nothing whole last year (my comp is old and I cant upgrade yet...). Even though consoles have some flaws (like controller, if youre a FPS player, you'll hate it, that is, if you played them like they should be played, with mouse/keyboard first), the idea of upgrading every 4-5 years is much better than upgrading every three months... Then again, when consoles hit the middle-life cycle, the graphics are far behind a well optimized gaming PC.
-hurley18
i love fps games, i prefer play them on the computer (better presition) for the other stuffs like racing games console.

LewisBraid
i chose both because it depends on the game that im playing..
DigitalE
I'm for both. I like editing PC games, changing stuff all the time is fun, but sitting and playing a game on a PC isn't quite as fun as playing the same thing on a console... I dunno why. Glorious
I use PC and Console for all my gaming needs. Sometimes consoles get games first, sometimes PCs do. OK, so PCs have much better graphics (providing you have a good graphics card [6800GT w00t!]) but consoles are fun when you just have a few mates over to watch movies and play games and hang out etc.
