Its offical, I just came back from best-buy got mine in hands, they didn't have any displays they had them in the isle of the games right next to the cs source and ****. They had a ton of them, collectors and reg, I bought the reg.

Well mines installed now for the long haul, and wait through heavy loaded servers.

Preloading says like 90%, already gave me a server is too busy lol. Just a look of things to come hehe :cry:

If you are having problems pre-loading with server too busy messages, delete your config folder. If you are stuck at 69% delete the CSS cache. If you're stuck at 88% you should really have tried pressing continue by now...;)

Thats a CompUSA, I should know I work there. No we havent gotten any shippments yet with HL2 on it.

Just did the VIDEO STRESS TEST, got 96fps. Im assuming thats good? yeah im stuck at 90% servers are to busy, I feel like im using aol. Should I delete config then restart stream?

Oh well still says too busy. :sleep:

Actually, if you've got 90% I wouldn't worry. You can start playing with a fraction of the game downloaded and the rest will come when the game is unlocked.

I don't know im just telling you like I see it, I installed it, it first said stream servers too busy to do preloading blah blah. Then clicking the half life 2 in comming soon games it says 90% preloaded. Im on content server 26 which isn't full, and network moniter for stream tells me 0 bw, and no games.

Reinstalling half life 2 now, it says 3364mb required for half life 2, and 944 for countr strike source.

I've never even touched stream before so I dont' know jack. I think its all retarted, I don't mind the online decryption but if this is true that you buy the game and have to download more thats just plain stupid. :pinch:

tried to play cs source, went back to 90% it did somthing and now its on 90.2% lol... mm k... and now back to 90%... :laugh:

yeah probably, damn somebody posted the times of the releases right (globally), i forgot where that was. I can't wait to get my hands on that uk dvd, gotta wait till monday tho, tis handy having a mum as a manager :D
