Go to the site in my sig and in the OS X section is a iconset called Dock Dividers. That's what I made for myself, that's what I use. Drag them onto the dock and they'll jump like magic to the app side where you can organise at your will :p

Come on! We need more jaw dropping Mac desktops to look at guys!:p

BTW, I saw some pictures of Linux (Gnome sawfish) and Mac OS X running side by side together, that was pretty sweet, you could run both *nix and mac apps on it at the same time, any chance of you pros trying to beautify a desktop like that? That would be sweet :ninja:

Well lets hope someone can jimmy it so 10.2 has transparent docks.

Once I've downloaded and installed 6c85 I'll get a transparent dock up and running ;)

And yes I know 6c87 is out with a vastly improved boot screen but being on a damn 64k modem means I'm always one step behind

Hehe welcome

Icons are easy, themes up next, then into hacking system files

Themes, well there's quite a few very nice themes available, check out http://xthemination.maccustomise.com/themes/

    • The level of stupidity at Google and Microsoft is beyond belief. All they are doing by killing this is forcing people to jump over to Firefox and ditch them all together, therefore giving Firefox the market boost it needs to finally crush them all in the end.
