Great. Well you've defintely done a great job from the looks of it. One small thing I noticed from you ss though. The scrollbars are a little bit different from the actual skin. I don't know if that's because it's still unfinished or not. Just thought I would point it out (I know, I'm nitpicking).

As a former Trillian skinner, I'll pop in here: It's not possible to duplicate the scrollbar exactly because of how Trillian skins. It takes one image for the scrollbar, then stretches it to the length it needs to be. If the little marking in the center were included, they would stretch as well, and look pretty bad.
