So far, all the demos releaed do not have achievements, but I think this might change because, over time, there will be hundreds of Demos available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace and maybe developers will try to give gamers an incentive to try out their specific demo by offering a 10 point achievemnt just for trying out the demo so as to set it apart from the other Demos.
