I unlocked it the minute (literally, the minute) it was available on Steam (I had it preloaded for a month) I think it came out at 10:01 my time or something like that.

...I stayed up playing all night long, and beat it the next morning. Great (short) game

They made it available for unlocking at basically the same time I would normally have to set off for work.. I was waiting and waiting, reloaded steam a few minutes after and it started to unlock. I literally loaded the title screen once done to make sure it worked, got very excited but then had to switch off and haul butt into work!

:)

Just tried the link, looks like MS haven't gotten the ISOs up yet. Good thing I have today off so I can sit and wait with the rest of you guys for this :) I'm anxious to test this because I get BSODs with 5728.

No dude, it's not a good thing, you should be out on your day off! ...or at least doing something semi-productive (as oposed to sitting here and waiting).

I, on the other hand, am waiting to go home :) I've got 15mins left! weeee

You all realize that this won't be on the Vista site? It's for MSDN, TechNet, BETA Testers [the one you received if you were picked to be a tester], and some CPP members. This was on an MS Site:

The RC2 build is 5743, and Microsoft is currently testing it internally. As with the previous interim build, 5728, RC2 will go to beta testers, Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) and TechNet subscribers, and a random, limited number of Consumer Preview Program (CPP) members.

FYI...

One of the core libraries (cURL) has been updated to address vulnerabilities and a nasty linker error that was causing the need for a dedicated patch which could now be eliminated.
