Can someone confirm these copies fall under the retail License of Vista? As stated on the back of the sleeve:

This copy of Windows Vista is intended for the recipient's Personal use. Do not lend or make illegal copies of this software. This kit and its contents are not for resale. For use on one computer or device.

This means that it can be installed on whatever PC I choose as long as its only installed/active on one PC at a time, correct? Its only going to be installed on this PC for about a 6 months until I build a new one then it will go to the new baby.

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to beg here.

If anyone would rather switch their copy of Vista for my Office 2007 Pro, PLEASE let me know. I just got a new system and desperately want Vista on it thats legit.

I'd be able to ship my envelope thing to you or just tell you the key and the download site if wanted.

I mean, Office 2007 pro costs more if any of you are actually planning to sell theirs on ebay or something :p

Anyway, if anyone is interested please contact me either through PM or through AIM: h0lycr4pitseric

Sure you can't, but people do anyway.

Hell, take a look at ebay. The auctions for these PowerTogether things are already there.

Some auctions selling Vista Business were deleted. I wouldn't be so sure about eBaying it ... if Microsoft starts going after them full time, it's game over.
