Hey I've asked this in another thread I started, but no reply. Any of you scan prints from film? My scans are always off colored, how can I make sure they're not that off? It's so inconsistent as well, photoshop doesn't help a lot.

Usually always the case, we use pretty expensive neg scanners at uni and so it asks for colour correction before it commits to a full scan, but you can produce the same colour correction techniques in photoshop. If it isn't helping that much I'd like to see a raw neg? could be something I'm missing!

more kids, i know :p My studio is not as fancy as .mac's but it was cheap.. i draped a big black bed sheet over the back of our couch and had it facing the window for nice natural light.. i was able to get some pretty nice indoor shots with only iso200 :)

and here are a few shots from out around the neighborhood. Nothing special.. i just started taking pics of everything..lol

Good 'studio' esque shots Bubba, I'd suggest just burning out those areas where you can tell its draped fabric. Other than that, cute kid, nice processing, colours really pop! =]

This isn't anything special, but I just think it's kinda cool. It woulda been nearly perfect if it weren't for those two stitches in the middle. It's 90 degrees from SF (in the west) to the north. If it wasn't so foggy you could see the Golden Gate Bridge. 20 pictures total.
