:D yep, great game. i dunno what was up with some of those calls though. seems the same in all the other games though too so at least they are being consistent :p . can't wait for the next one!! GO CANUCKS!!

on a side note, :woot: 1000th post!! can't think of a better way to celebrate my 1000th than with a canuck victory. big thanks to the great mod team here, u do a wonderful job. and thanks a lot to anyone who has helped me since being here. i hope i can return the favor some day :D

wow...another detroit loss...i get the feeling Disney is having these Anaheim wins arranged in preparation for D4...now they just need to get emilio estevez back in charge and get goldberg back out on the ice and all will be well in disneyland...and the redwings will be out of it! :woot:

On a real note. Was spending the evening with my Significant other shopping for a new TV. Damn I wish I was joking. :: LOL ::

The new one should withstand a puck thrown at it according to the salesman.

You have no idea how cool this thing is. :) I think out the door I ended up spending about $4,200 with the converters and all that but it's a hell of an upgrade from my 32" one. :) Funny thing is, with the converter is does HDTV with no problems, odd they would say it doesn't.

As for my outlook on the Wings? Check my editorial at the begining of this thread. ;)

I've discussed the sticky possbility with an Admin, they didn't think so because Hockey isn't entirely universal. So, we'll just keep it sticky with posts and if things continue on, I'll revisit the issue. :)

About the TV, just finished watching Red Planet on Sci-Fi...

DAMN this thing is nice. ;)

Thinking about moving the iMac in there and hooking it up to the VGA port. ;)

:laugh: haha, i'm actually surprised this thread is already 14 pages. good to see so many hockey fans on neowin. i always thought americans barely noticed hockey existed but this is proving me wrong. up here in canada hockey means so much to us, i would say even more than baseball to americans. :p we're STILL celebrating our olympic gold medal win. lol, u can get dvd's of it in cereal. but we're happy to share the great canadian game with u. eh?

hey i'm from michigan, hockey's pretty important here too, we're neighbours with you canadians :)

that ducks/wings game was incredible, i can't believe the ducks are up 2-0.

i'm ****ed there's no weekend game for the flyers and leafs though, i work too late on the weekdays :(

they played awesome tonight but the officiating still sucked... they called way too many penalties

The officiating did suck for both games. Hopefully the refs get the memo that hockey is a contact sport. Cloutier really saved your guy's butt in the 3rd period. Hopefully the refs will let both teams play the rest of the series. Go blues!!!

My question is...

When has the officiating in the NHL NOT sucked. :p

It's a trend lately, the ref's must be paid by the Whistle Blow. :p

They blow it once, they get 500 bucks. Twice, 1000... and so on.

I mean, you DON'T call too many men on the ice in the third period of a PLAYOFF game.

      OpenAI is now rolling out Lockdown Mode to more ChatGPT users by Pradeep Viswanathan Back in February, OpenAI first announced Lockdown Mode for users who want the most comprehensive protection from potential attacks. At the time of the announcement, the company mentioned that this feature was available to a small set of highly security-conscious users, including executives or security teams at leading organizations. Today, OpenAI announced that Lockdown Mode is now rolling out to all personal ChatGPT accounts, including Free, Go, Plus, and Pro, and also self-serve ChatGPT Business accounts. Users can enable the feature from ChatGPT Settings > Security when it is available for their account. When Lockdown Mode is enabled, ChatGPT limits or disables several features that connect to the web or external services. These include live web browsing, Deep Research, Agent Mode, and more. Here is the complete list of services that will be disabled in Lockdown Mode: Live web browsing: Web browsing is limited to accessing only cached content. Search results may be limited, unavailable, or stale. Image support: ChatGPT may not display images in regular responses or retrieve images from the web. Users can still upload image files, and image generation remains available where it is otherwise available. Deep research: Deep research is disabled. Agent mode: Agent mode is disabled. Canvas networking: Users cannot approve Canvas-generated code to access the network. File downloads: ChatGPT cannot download files for data analysis. ChatGPT can still operate on your manually uploaded files. It is important to note that Lockdown Mode does not completely block prompt injections from appearing in content that ChatGPT processes. For example, a malicious instruction could still be present in an uploaded file or cached web content. However, the mode is designed to reduce the ways such an attack could send sensitive information outside the conversation. Along with Lockdown Mode, OpenAI today also announced that the Active sessions feature is now available across ChatGPT accounts and workspace types. This feature allows users to review where their account is signed in across devices and end sessions if required. A session will have the following information displayed: Device or browser information. First-party app context, such as ChatGPT, Codex, or API Platform. Approximate location. Sign-in date and time. Whether the device is a trusted device. Whether it is your current session. OpenAI highlighted that the Active sessions feature will not be available for accounts linked to an organization’s single sign-on setup, including SAML or OIDC.
