You could always grab a 3rd party partition tool.

It just sounds like Windows 7 might have assigned another drive, maybe your CD-Rom or a USB stick the letter this drive normally has, hence under Windows it has no letter assigned to it.

Yeah like others have said try compat mode with Vista mode enabled and admin launching. If not updated bits for the Windows Live Suite will be available tomorrow ;)

That is indeed correct. I had a similar problem with my setup and how I setup my assigned letters.

It was like: IDE ©, SATA1 (D) and SATA2 (S). Win7 set it up like SATA1 ©, SATA2 (D) and IDE (Nothing). I'll send a bug report, but it was a problem which was quickly resolved.
