Are we sure it is Becket he is kissing and not Laura Prepon, who will be playing the actress cast as Nikki Heat. I mean look she is wearing the same clothes as the women Castle is kissing in that spoiler pic and the exact same hair + highlights.

I started 'Richard Castles' Heat Wave last night. It just might be the most awesome thing I've ever read in the 16 years I've been able to read. As as crime novel, it's a wee bit **** BUT, when you imagine that it's written by Castle, and imagine his sense of humor, being transferred into the main character in the book, it magically transforms into something brilliant.

I started 'Richard Castles' Heat Wave last night. It just might be the most awesome thing I've ever read in the 16 years I've been able to read. Whaaa, wiat, what? They actually have Castle novels out for sale or something? I love this show, can't get enough of it, the banter between the two and the Castle humor is great!

They do indeed. So far 'Richard Castle' has released two Nickii Heat novels - Heat Wave (the one I'm reading at the moment), and Naked Heat. They're 'written' by Castle, based on his experience working with Beckett and Co.
