Am really tempted to get back into model building again after seeing some of the pics in this thread. As someone who's been out of the loop for a couple years, what are some of the cooler models out atm? :)

Umm.. I'm not sure..it really depends on what design you like. I build on what I like. I can recommend the RX-0 Unicorn MG (because I'm actually a fan of it).

and on that note... I just found this

Advance of Zeta 2? :o

^That one looks awesome! It's from the light novel written in 2010.

I've always liked the suit from Advance of Zeta which that one looks a lot like.

And another awesome one:

Too bad these aren't made into 1/100 MG though I hope they will at some point. An OVA based off of these side stories would be awesome as well.

The Advance of Zeta Gundams all have awesome colour schemes.

All this Gundam talk makes me want to rewatch old series. The new OVA based off of "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin" can't come soon enough!

^I'd rather buy the original version of that one without those TITUS parts

More info about the MG Duel Gundam Assault Shroud: Gunpla News

They should release a MG version of the M1 Astray as it looks pretty great! Also, it looks like they're giving all the original Gundam from SEED the MG treatment.

On another note; the exclusive model you showed of the Unicorn Ver.Ka is the Ver.Ka version of Unicorn Gundam "Banshee".

^ I'm still not sold on the AGE-1 design. Still looks too ugly for me. On the other hand, guess what I found.

HG, but I kinda want it. Wish it was MG though. More pics http://reggiocomics....undam-no34.html

Also didn't notice it has a Guitar-Gun. LOL.

^Nice!

Also, I've just been given some spicy news for a retailer in the Netherlands. They're getting the MG Blitz Gundam and the Duel Gundam Assault Shroud. They'll also be getting the MG Buster and Aegis. They're also hoping that there's going to be a v2 of the Strike and Freedom Gundam. And they're saying that if Bandai wants to make fans happy, they should at least release a MG version of the Justice Gundam and Providence Gundam.

I'm really hoping that Bandai is doing something like this for the 10 year anniversary of Gundam SEED:D

^They aren't :p It was just speculation and them hoping for a v2 treatment like the RX 78-2 was given as well. I'm sure they're going to be focusing on SEED again now instead of Gundam 00 :p

Neowin needs a dislike status thing. Because I dislike that notion that they have enough SEED MGs and need to get on the ball to make 0 Gundam and Reborns. :p.

I mean just look.

^SEED has been a round for much longer, haha. Besides they still have to release the MG version of SEED. When they've done that, they have my permission to start working on the MG 0 Gundam.

Providence Gundam in MG form would be nice too but I'm expecting huge weight issues with his DRAGOON backpack.

What? LoL. Do you mean HD? I know they have been out for a long time, but it's time 00 gets some love.

Oops, I meant a MG version of Savior Gundam, LOL. Was doing 2 things at once, haha. Gundam 00 has had loads of love, lol. Look at all the versions of Gundam Exia and 00 Gundam and whatnot :p

    • NVIDIA officially supports Ubuntu, as linked above with the GeForce NOW Hands on I did in collaboration with Paul Hill.
    • TO be clear I am not running linux today, however I keep thinking about it. And I want to make sure there are minimal obstacles if I decide to make that switch in the coming months.
    • Yes, I actually glossed over the Linux part from the OP. You could always go for a 9070 XT and if you really want to play Ray Traced games in the future, GeForce Now is pretty damn good on Linux https://www.neowin.net/news/nvidias-native-geforce-now-app-for-linux-bridges-the-gaming-gap-hands-on/
