The site is up:

Looks like the link also!

EDIT:

Yes the link is up, here is the English version of Web-based setup:

http://g.live.com/1r...lsetup-webc.exe

The Windows Live Wave 4 BETA is officially released.

Bing Toolbar and Default Manager. However, they can be uninstalled via Programs and Feature in the Control Panel.

I'm guessing that's because you ran the full installer, not the one where you pick and choose options?

Uggh why is there no option screen asking me what to install, I only want Photo Gallery and Messenger yet its installing all this other crap I'll never need.

The link is there on the download page, see to the right of the main downloads button. The exe is called wlsetup-webc

Yes, it's a silly design.

Guys, is it possible to change your messenger name on this or does it act as your FULL NAME from your profile? :\

That's what I'm wondering too. WLM only showing my full name (first + last) and I can't find a way to force my own profile to use nickname rather than broadcasting full name to everyone. Wave 3 didn't have this "issue"

    • Closed-loop cooling and a custom 800G network protocol let the $7.3B campus run as one AI training machine. Microsoft confirmed June 23, 2026, that its Fairwater campus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, is fully operational — and the engineering behind it makes the facility something fundamentally different from every data center that came before it. Where conventional cloud infrastructure racks up general-purpose servers and parcels out workloads to each one independently, Fairwater links hundreds of thousands of NVIDIA GB200 Blackwell GPUs into a single, coherent cluster using a two-story building design, 800-gigabit-per-second Ethernet fabric, and a proprietary networking protocol co-developed with OpenAI and NVIDIA. The result, according to Microsoft, is the closest thing to a purpose-built AI supercomputer that any company has ever placed in commercial operation. https://www.techtimes.com/articles/319205/20260627/microsoft-opens-fairwater-wisconsin-ai-campus-runs-one-supercomputer-via-800g-ethernet.htm
