Anyone know a cheap digital download option for this in the EU?

Steam is took expensive and boxed copies in Switzerland cost more than double what they did in the UK.

I've found greenmangaming but they have a problem with their payment system that won't accept any credit card or paypal I try to use :(

I wonder if I simply ignore magic, what would be the drawbacks? I mean... I intent to use swords, axes and arrows only. Unless I get into a Mage school, but only after I master all cited favorite skills (very later in the game).

You'll be perfectly fine. You'll probably want to do some alchemy to get health potions though.

I am convinced now Bethesda makes the most optimized games for the PC.

Agreed. My friend is playing this on a modern laptop (i5 and all), and it runs better than Oblivion did for him (also made by Bethesda, but a much older game).

I personally run this game on all settings in the settings menu maxed, and it stays at 60 FPS constant, and my 6950 is only at like 65-70% utilization.

Absolutely loving Skyrim! Of course it runs horribly on this laptop that has a 8600M GT 512mb but it runs beautifully on my desktop (GTX 260 896mb).

Compared to Oblivion or Fallout 3/NV its going pretty good. Have not encountered any bugs.

I have a bug...

I used a follower from the town you get the Golden Claw quest. I then released him. (Parted

ways option)

Anyhow, I was just given a new follower (Lydia) and she won't join because she says

I already have someone with me. Grr...

I'm having trouble once i've equipped a magic (shock for example) in my right hand I can't remove it. If I want to dual flame in both hands i can't remove shock from the right hand, what am I doing wrong?

What platform? On PC, you left-click to equip in your right hand and right-click to equip in your left. So if you want to dual wield a certain magic, you just click once with both.

I have a question in regards to the quest, Diplomatic Immunity. You are asked bring only the gear you need. You will then get your gear back later...but, what exactly do they mean by gear? I have at least 100 or more items on me...potions, books, keys, gemstones, ingredients...lol......do they just mean weapons and clothes? (if so, it should explain that maybe) . This quest needs some better explanation I think...I can drop my gear before hand...just a pain to drop all of that..haha.

For some reason I cant pick left-click for my mouse. If I do for say attack (left hand) the mouse stops working, I cant move it till I pick a different key to use.

Also to get into the College of Winterhold, I need to show that I can summon a "flame atronach" but cant figure out where to get that spell.

    • VidCoder 12.20 by Razvan Serea VidCoder is a DVD/Blu-ray ripping and video transcoding application for Windows. It uses HandBrake as its encoding engine. Calling directly into the HandBrake library gives it a more rich UI than the official HandBrake Windows GUI. VidCoder can rip DVDs but does not defeat the CSS encryption found in most commercial DVDs. You’ll need the NET 8 Desktop Runtime. If you don’t have it, VidCoder will prompt you to download and install it. The Portable version is self-contained and does not require any .NET Runtime to be installed. You do not need to install HandBrake for VidCoder to work. Feature list: Multi-threaded MP4, MKV containers Completely integrated encoding pipeline: everything is in one process and no huge intermediate temporary files H.264, H.265, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, VP8, Theora video Hardware-accelerated encoding with AMD VCE, Nvidia NVENC and Intel QuickSync AAC, MP3, Vorbis, AC3, FLAC audio encoding and AAC/AC3/MP3/DTS/DTS-HD passthrough Target bitrate, size or quality for video 2-pass encoding Decomb, detelecine, deinterlace, rotate, reflect, chroma smooth, colorspace filters Powerful batch encoding with simultaneous encodes Customizable Pickers to automatically pick audio and subtitle tracks, destination, titles and more Instant source previews Creates small encoded preview clips Pause, resume encoding VidCoder 12.20 changes: Updated HandBrake core to 1.11.2. • Normally, I admit when a title is clickbait (unfortunately, it's become somewhat necessary to compete against AI-dominated news sections today), but in this case, all supported versions is implied and doesn't need to be spelled out in the title. Of course, I'm covering a Patch Tuesday update bug that is only available to supported Windows SKUs. All our coverage relates to supported Windows software and SKUs only unless we expressly state that it's "unsupported", "unofficial", or "third-party". I'm sorry, but supported/official SKUs don't need to be spelled out as such in every Neowin headline.
