Alright, thanks DJD. They're beautiful pictures. I was just wondering because my colours never look quite as good as some of the ones I've seen in here and I was starting to get a wee bit discouraged. I'll have to play around about then in PS. I think Photoshop can be more intimidating to a new slr user than learning the functions of the slr's themselves!

Haha no problem, bought my srl back in june and was wondering the same thing. Taking good pictures is 80% of the work but the post processing part can really add character to a picture.

Make sure you shoot in RAW makes your life so much easier when post processing.

Like juresp said try Lightroom. i myself use GIMP but thats because i'm a Linux user.
