Our affiliate Techconnect has made Windows XP SP2 (build 1204) available for download! We brought you the news on the latest SP2 release early yesterday and now we have been able to arrange file hosting for it thanks to the guys at Techconnect.
The Inquirer has also covered this story here and mentions our report on Longhorn stressing like we did that we can't confirm it's existence yet.
We recommend you "archive replaced files" when installing so you can roll-back to your previous state.
