Galactic Civilizations III gets Steam Midweek Madness Sale

If you love a good strategy game and haven't had a chance to play Stardock's Galactic Civilizations III yet, now is a good time. The game and its associated content are on sale through October 27.

If you've been looking for a good strategy game to try, but haven't been sure which one, now would be a good time to consider Stardock's Galactic Civilizations III, courtesy of a Steam Midweek Madness Sale.

The sale, which began at 1 p.m. ET today will run through October 27 at the same time. As for what parts of the game are on sale, here's the list:

Galactic Civilizations III: 55% off to $13.49
Galactic Civilizations III Gold Edition: 70% off to $26.96
Galactic Civilizations III upgrade, from I & II: 55% off to $6.74
Galactic Civilizations III: Crusade: 25% off to $14.99

Stardock is also releasing the GalCiv III Mech DLC for $2.99. The DLC is aimed at those who like to build their own ships, allowing users to use frames, beams, hooks, heads, and thrusters all in a “mecha” robot theme. Two new color styles are also included.

GalCiv III just updated to version 2.5 last month to coincide with the release of its Crusade expansion.
