How to download the new "Color Burst" wallpapers from Apple macOS Sierra

The latest macOS Sierra beta has four new "Color Burst" wallpapers that Apple has used to promote their new MacBook Pros. Here's how to get your hands on the wallpapers if you're not using the beta.

In the latest version of macOS Sierra, 10.12.2 beta 4, Apple has included four new wallpapers to choose from, including the "Color Burst" wallpapers used across its new MacBook Pro marketing materials. There are three color variations of the Color Burst wallpapers, along with a fourth variant called "Abstract Shapes".

If these wallpapers look familiar to iOS users, that's because they are; the mobile versions are already available on iPhones.

Unless you're using the latest build of macOS Sierra - the official release is expected in December, according to 9to5Mac - you won't have access to these colorful new wallpapers yet. You can, however, download the image files on Imgur and set them as your wallpaper manually.

The macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta also brings 72 new emoji characters to choose from (like in iOS 10.2), like astronaut suits and a red-hooded granny.
