Microsoft announces that Mixer Create is out of beta on iOS and Android

Today, Microsoft announced that its Mixer Create app is available for iOS and Android. It was back in May that Microsoft rebranded Beam to Mixer, and it did the same with its mobile apps, which are meant for consuming content.

But Mixer Create will allow you to stream your mobile games. On Android, you can stream anything; however, on iOS, you'll only be able to live-stream games that use ReplayKit.

The app also supports the Co-Streaming feature, which was first introduced for the Xbox One in July. Co-Streaming allows up to four players to "combine their streams into a single viewing experience." You can accept or decline invitation to Co-Stream from the app, but you can't initiate invitations just yet; that feature is on the way in the coming months.

It also includes mobile chat features, such as moderation tools. You can also use your mobile device for chat while you're streaming from a different device. Finally, Mixer Create includes features like vlog broadcasting and profile management settings.

You can download Mixer Create for iOS here and for Android here.
