Microsoft is making it official. It will launch its next-gen MSN service at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Expect Microsoft chairman Bill Gates to do the honors in his keynote address on January 7th. But the real "go live" date is, as PCMag.com reported, January 8. What we didn't know for sure (but do now) is Microsoft is planning to launch both MSN Premium and its stripped-down MSN Plus Service on the same day.
