Superscreen is a $99 wireless display for your smartphone

If you've ever wanted to expand your smartphone experience to a larger screen, you might want to take a look at Superscreen. The $99 wireless display tethers via an app and works just like your phone.

Transcendent Designs has launched a new Kickstarter campaign that attempts to give smartphone users a new option when it comes to expanding its capabilities. Superscreen is a device that will allow users to mirror their phone display without paying a monthly fee or utilizing a cloud service.

It makes this happen seamlessly by connecting the two devices using an app, giving smartphone users access to a larger 10.1-inch 2560x1600 display. Superscreen will not only mirror the smartphone, but will allow users to interact with the phone through the device itself - offering a range of up to 100 feet, and also up to 12 hours of battery life.

At the time of writing this article, Superscreen has already surpassed its goal of $50,000 with 28 days to go. The Kickstarter campaign can be funded for as low as $99, and will get you one 10.1-inch display that can be tethered to a supported iOS or Android handset. The unit is expected to be delivered by the end of the year in December. If this is something that seems interesting, you can always join the campaign at the source link below. Per usual, Kickstarter and other crowd-funded campaigns are not guaranteed, so you must participate at your own risk.
