Apple has elaborated further to a concerned consumer about the issue of bent iPad Pros. Sticking to its story, the problem is normal and "meets or exceeds all of Apple's high quality standards".

Today, Apple revealed its latest iPad Pro. The devices offer new designs with larger screens but also come with a larger repair cost if an issue is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Apple's upcoming refresh of the iPad Pro lineup will reportedly ditch the headphone jack. It will also come with completely revised dimensions, including a thinner chassis and a larger screen.
The next-generation Apple iPads are supposedly set for debut in October, as suggested by code in iOS 12.1 which contains a reference to "iPad2018Fall." Other rumors suggest it could boast USB Type-C.
Apple is holding an event on September 12. While it's uncertain what exactly will be revealed, new renders have leaked, showing off the design of an upcoming iPad Pro that will allegedly be announced.
