Twitter has launched its new Transparency Center website. It builds on transparency reports that it has been publishing since 2012 but hopes the new medium will make the data more accessible.

To clarify some aspects around how ads are placed on the site and who is behind them, Twitter plans to launch a so-called Advertising Transparency Center to aid the company in this initiative.
Microsoft is looking to show the EU that its products are secure and that user data is being treated with privacy in mind. To that end the company is opening a Transparency Center in Brussels.
