Xbox Games with Gold: 'Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris' + 'Lego Star Wars: TCS' now free

Just as we cross the halfway point of May, Microsoft has made available the second round of free games for Xbox Live Gold members. As announced last month, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris for Xbox One and Lego Star Wars: TCS (The Complete Saga) for Xbox 360 are now available for free. The latter is also accessible on Xbox One consoles through Backward Compatibility.

The new lineup's store links and descriptions are as follows:

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (Xbox One, May 16 - June 15)

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. This all-new adventure takes place in the Temple of Osiris, hidden deep in the deserts of Egypt. Lara Croft arrives at the temple, hoping to be the first inside, but rival treasure hunter Carter Bell has beaten her to the entrance. They each seek the Staff of Osiris, but they discover more than they bargained for. Upon entering the tomb, Carter removes the mythical Staff from its resting place and inadvertently triggers a trap cursing them both and unleashing the evil god Set. But the staff also awakens the gods Horus and Isis, the son and wife of Osiris. Now free from their ancient prison, they join forces with Lara and Carter in order to resurrect Osiris, the only god capable of removing the curse. As Lara and her companions fight their way across the sands and through ancient tombs, they will face gods and monsters of myth and legend. With the fate of the world at stake, Lara must uncover the fragments of Osiris to stop Set from enslaving all mankind.

Lego Star Wars: TCS (Xbox 360, May 16 - 31)

Kick Some Brick in I through VI! Play through all six Star Wars movies in one videogame! Adding new characters, new levels, and new gameplay features with enhanced Force Powers, new power-ups and new Challenge Modes.

Also, for those who missed it, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Director's Cut is available to claim until May 31 for Xbox One.

Keep in mind that only claimed Xbox 360 games will remain playable if the Gold subscription is interrupted, unlike claimed Xbox One games, which are only available with an active subscription.
