It has been a couple years since the introduction of the Surface 3 but the firm has yet to offer up another smaller sized tablet, instead, opting for the larger size Surface Pro 4 and Surface Pro. Well, if you're still in the market for the Surface 3, you're in luck. The pint-sized Windows tablet hasn't been available from Microsoft since January, but can now be had for just $289. This is quite a big discount, considering that it has been available off and on through various websites refurbished for over $300.
