Ahh @ StevoFC the one I was using was regular and the PS2 had component + biig screen.. probably why I thought what I did. heh.

God @ Hellbender.. If you don't like the thread dont' click on.. is it that hard or did Harry Potter put you under a spell?

I think I am going to make a new post about the following subjects

1. Which one is better PS2 or XBOX

2. Which one is better Xbox or PS2

3. Is PS2 better than Xbox

4. Is Xbox better that PS2

5. Which cousle should I buy Xbox or PS2

and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on

I voted for Gamecube.

Reason(s):

Been a huge fan of nintendo always.

They make really funny games, I enjoy playing em.

and well.. I can hook my GBA to GC :p

BUT! The only reasong I "had" to vote for Gamecube is that you have only listed the new consoles .

Genesis is the best of all time :p

Still have mine and it works juuuust fine. Just finished Strider :p

I see... What cables do you use for your consoles out of curiousty?

component :D for me.

I voted ps2, I have all three and PS2 has the most games I like.

pic for those that dont kno wut component is (3 seperate color cables for a shaper more vibrant image

omg what da he|| is this?? an other one??

thats like 2 exact same thread in 2 days!

OK for the sake of it, again...

i have all 3 consoles. i play more on my xbox then the other 2. it doesnt mean that they dont have any good games, its just theyre oline games are better.

I dont use consoles but my friends & roommates do. Based on the lastest games Ive seen for ps2 and xbox, the xbox has better looking games. PS2 has more games (at the moment) but the xbox is better technology. Only thing the Gamecube has going for it is the low price...

I voted ps2 only because I like the games on it. XBOX does have better technology. PS2 is mainly hurt by its RAM. 32MB, like come on! and its needs full scene AA and AF. IF it had that it still be fighting xbox strong. The emotion engine is powerful but hurt by the poor choice in RAM speed and the difficulty level to program for, while XBOX is very easy to program for.

I chose PS2, bot because I own it, but because there is such a large variety of games... but genre wise.. not really sure about that.

Games make the console.

And speaking of PS2's, for anybody that are planning on buying a PS2, make sure you get the newer models, the model number should start with SCPH-5xxxx (the x could be any number)

the model number I have is SCPH-50001, and its great! Better then the older ones with start with 3. The model number is should be ontop of the box, so look for that.

    • How does it compare to the "SeeStar S30 Pro" and the "Vespera PRO 2"?
    • Indeed. And note that those units are MUCH cheaper than this new Steam Machine...ahem.
