OMG! I saw this before, but somehow I didn't quite understand what it was. I just downloaded it and tried it and it's really cool. Like you just mentioned though it would REALLY be great if you added the date to the system tray. That's the only thing that would tempt me not to use it because I use the normal win XP theme with the two level high taskbar so that the date is displayed and I miss that with this new clock of yours. Other that though, it is fantastic. Great job!

edit: um i was confused about who said they needed the date in the systray. it might not have been the creator of the clock. but the point is i think that would be great. maybe it'd take away from the beautiful simplicity though.

It would be great if in the alarm, you can use am/pm to set the time instead of having 24 hour time.  It makes it easier than having to add 12 in my head.

I know. Whenever I talk to my friends over it Europe I have to add 5 or 6 hours (Depends on where they live) to find out their time and I have to add 12 to tell them what mine it :p

Hey RCube,

did you ever think of adding a holiday feature/option?

It could have it's own default Holidays,

depending on the language you choose to installing LClock,

Or, you could have a Nationality list to choose from.

Also, the little square within the date box would be

a different color than the one used for alarms.

An other feature that would be good to have would be,

a "note" option or as I would like to call it, the "scribble" option.

You could basically write whatever you want on any given date,

Llike, things that you have done or things that have happened on that day, etc...,

just like you would on a real calender.

For this feature minus the alarm and the square that appears within the date.

Hey guys I have thought about almost all the features you have ever suggested to me. ;) But I played too hard over xmas and didn't get any work done on LClock. Now that school is in full swing for me again...looks like I won't beable to do much in a while.

So I don't want to promise any dates or features for now. Whenever I get free time I'll work on LClock. And when there are enough cool features implemented I'll do a release like before.

I wanna ask you if i can modify the number of caracters to shown when you choose show the day of the week, from 2 to 3! i know its a minor change, so maybe its easy! because in spanish the days are: dom/lun/mar/mie/jue/vie/sab/ and when I configure the program to show me that, the LClock shows me: (for example) only "do" (instead of "dom").

I hope you can understan my english, im from argentina. its a very nice program!

thanks!

    • with LSTC and ESU, moving to w11 or linux because w10 suddenly will not work when in reality it works and its a better choice, of course there are also developers that only test in 11 or force you to have TPM and Secure boot for the sake of "better security" in games. or most likely people is buying new PC that only ship with 11
    • with LTSC and ESU there are still viable as a stable platform not that they care and let people deal with w11 crashing and burning every month support mean shet if the platform is trash
    • Most boring game ever. Repetitive, empty, predictable, and full of cliches. Total waste of time and money, IMO.
    • Mafia: The Old Country expansion Man of Honor announced, brings back Salieri from original by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe During Summer Game Fest, 2K and Hanger 13 brought out a new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, revealing the game's first expansion. Named Man of Honor, this is slated to add two new chapters to the Enzo storyline that the game follows. There is an iconic character returning to the series with this expansion, with players set to run into Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family. Fans of the original Mafia, or its Definitive Edition remake, may remember that name as one of the biggest characters in the storyline. This expansion is set prior to his rise to being the kingpin in the City of Lost Heaven. "Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation," says the studio about the new chapters. "Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his." Working at Salieri's side, players will be heading into fresh environments as they return to the role of Enzo as a high-ranking soldato. The studio also promises brand-new weapons, fresh vehicles, and charms to collect in this expansion. Moreover, the expansion will add new content to the updated Free Ride mode. Alongside new collectibles and locations, this will add more challenges to beat alongside Salieri, which are described as runs that will "test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi." The Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor story expansion will release on August 14, 2026, across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will cost $10 for owners of the base game to jump into.
