It seems that Novel may have run out of Linux. :(

[EDIT:That said, I am willing to re-mail out my set to anyone who wants to pay for postage. I just need to make a copy for my own use, first. It woudl be nice if others could make similar offers, if they can part with their DVD set.]

Isn't it a little stupid that they are offensive giving away SuSE 9.1, while their own software isn't even supported in SuSE 9.1? I try to install Evolution, but get error that it can't detect OS version. Only 9.0 is listed as supported, so i guess thats why...

I hear it is supposed to work on 9.1 too. I get this error though:

The installer was unable to identify your operating system.

Please mail the full text of this error to <distribution@ximian.com>.

installer-ng 1.2.6

Weird... :(

Mine came last week while I was on vacation. I'm installing 9.1 right now on my main rig. Going to dual boot it with XP. It's nice having it all on a DVD disc, no need to swap 4 discs all the time. I'm just lazy I guess :p The installer sure is nice, as far as it goes visually, it blows XP away.
