...but none since the turn of the century  :shifty:

Unfortunate, but true. The sad thing is that all the teams that have won against us in the World Series hasn't done anything since. Marlins last year, nothing now. Diamondbacks, nothing now. Sad, but true!

Actually it's happened 25 times... just no one has ever pushed it to 6 games before. And now one has ever gone onto to win.

And I congratulate Boston in pushing so hard for this, but that doesn't make them better then the Yankees!

waits for ..'the best team doesnt always win' cliche.

Ok, so you're saying that a team that came back from an 0-3 deficit and dominated the Yankees for 4 straight games aren't better than the Yankees?

Luck maybe. If they were better then the Yanks, their last World Series win wouldn't have been in 1918

There's no point in flaming. Both teams are great, and I don't think anyone can argue that. Which one is better then the other is a toss up honestly. One game the Sox dominate, and one game the Yanks dominate. The Sox got the best of us this year. Congrats to the Red Sox (Y)

why do the yankees fan make excuses and say "they dont' mind one lose", also saying all these people saying that if the red sox win this (which they are doing ;) ) doesn't make them better than the yankees because the yankees won so many times in the past. Thast a lot of BS, because they were the best in years past does not meen that they will always be the best, true their record will be the best RECORD than anyother team, but does nto make the TEAM the best. Everything has an end "what goes up, must come down" ;) and the yankees are coming down :p

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
