Pretty good game ..except the wrong team is winning. The game really turned on the charge call on the Nuggets when they had a chance to tie the game. Spurs went on a 8-0 run after that.

Denver is making a late run though...cut it to three as I type ths.

damn i love AI, he's too good. lol.. already got a technical.. watching them play the last 3 games.. 6ers SUCK, i mean man they suck, korver, webber, dalembert. awful. AI does it all.

webber can miss like 10 shots in a row and when he finally makes one, he gets a huge crowd reaction. i think people still remember that time in Michigan :ninja:

Its pretty obvious the 76ers dont have enough to hang with Detroit. AI can only do so much and CWebb has been decent, but beyond them they dont have enough to hang with that mean Pistons D. I'm already surprised enough that the 6ers have been able to score triple digits in any of the games against them.

We completely lost that game due to not keeping a man under the basket( Miller's dumb ass) and bibby being a ball hog and tossing up stupid shots ( aka prayers)

We could've easily won that game.

It's going to come down to Suns vs SA in the West and Heat vs Pistons in the East. I think the Suns have a very good chance of going all the way but it's going to be tough.

Probably fits more appropriately in the regular NBA thread but this one has been more active. It's going to be formally announced today but reportedly Emeka Okafor will take the ROY (Rookie of the Year). He edged out Ben Gordon who became the first rookie to win the Sixth Man. UConn boys continue to clean up on the hardware. There're articles on both ESPN and Sportsline.

I love the Pistons. They play ball the way it should be played, but the Suns sure are fun to watch.

What I am hoping for is Pistons/Suns in the big dance. Ok, I'll take Heat/Suns as well. Hopefully the Rockets don't make it out of the West, or the finals will suck.

Some of them cheered when AI went down after hurting his ankle...exactly the same way Philly fans cheered when Tay hurt himself.

And the announcer is fun...he's a radio host here in Detroit...I've been to lots of games at the Palace...he just adds interest to the game.
