I really was looking foward to the design that Long had created, it was very eye-catching. 586605182[/snapback] The problem with that version was the fact it was form over function. I never really cared for it. It looked awesome in terms of graphics, but it would have made getting information more difficult than the current design. brotherrabbit Posted October 1, 2005 Share Posted October 1, 2005 I'm not sure if I am correct on my assumptions, but I'm guessing the image on the first page is the "official" one, but the series of neowin icons seen in the forums I'm guessing is done by a site member. I definately think neowin needs to drop their first choice and use this "icon" version instead, the newest "official" logo seems to me far to weak. Cutting it into a circle, and beveling the living hell out of it is definately NOT the answer for this version.
