If its done right, all they have to do is make 1 skin set, then substyles with updated graphics, stylesheets, and maybe wrappers.

Hope its not 100% tables like the current skin. :D

If we can get NW5 done and implemented by the end of the month (I only say if, because you can't predict the future, and while nothing should prevent it getting done, you never know... :p), expect a halloween (and other holiday) theme. ;) Funny, I just talked to Neobond about that this morning. haha
