Yup, your mate is telling the truth. Both PES 2009 and Fifa 09 demos are out this Thursday.

Guitar Hero Aerosmith demo is available now also.

isn't that kinda useless? Like getting the demo out now? It's been out for a while now.

Agreed. Never really been into ice hockey, or the EA or 2K games. Downloaded the demo as I was a bit bored though, and I really like it.

Probably won't buy it right away (can't really afford to), but I'll probably pick it up in a couple of months.

Well I guess maybe to you and some others, it's useless for me too because I played it in stores months ago :laugh: For some still on the fence about it though they might want to try, especially if it's their first GH game. Probably just trying to boost sales before GH4 / Rockband 2 etc come out.

It's not the first time a demo has come out this long after retail though. I think it was almost 6 months before there was a Perfect Dark demo :laugh:

The voice commands in TomClancy: End War are AWESOME.

Too bad they don't work for me. I did the voice tutorial about 10 times and it kept saying I was saying the command incorrectly. I tried it soft, loud, medium, slow, fast, and every combination of the aforementioned and it still didn't work. Didn't bother trying after that.

      I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....
